Your prescriptions, right at your doorstep

Skip the trip to the pharmacy and get your prescriptions sent right to your door. Everything we do centers on getting you the medications you need, when you need them, your way. You may be able to order 3 months of prescriptions for the price of 2. 

 

Order on kp.org or on the app

You can have most medications delivered by mail — order on kp.org or on the Kaiser Permanente app.1  

Track your order

You can get status updates about your delivery by text or email. You can also track your order online and on the app. 

How prescription delivery works

Step 1

Sign in to kp.org and visit the Pharmacy page found in the main menu.2

Step 2

Add a prescription to your cart and choose "Send by mail" as your delivery method. Before you check out, you’ll see any savings available when you order your prescription for delivery.

Step 3

Review and submit your order. Once submitted, you can check your order status online.

We’re always here to help with any questions you may have about your prescriptions.

Most medications can be delivered by mail. Some medications, such as ones that need to be refrigerated, aren’t eligible for mail order. Prescription delivery may be available. Call your pharmacy for more information. 
You can get most prescriptions delivered within 3-7 days of ordering, at no extra cost with standard shipping.
Your prescriptions will be delivered within 3-7 days of your order. Delivery time may vary by region.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be an option for some prescriptions for an additional fee. Same-day delivery isn’t available in Hawaii.

No, you don’t need to be home when your prescriptions are delivered.
Our system requires a credit card number to process the order. There won’t be any charges if you don’t have a pharmacy copay.
Your prescription will be delivered in secure packaging with your name and address on the outside. The security bag will prevent anyone from seeing what medication is being delivered.
We deliver to most states, but not to Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or South Carolina.

Check your order status online

You can check the status of your prescription order through your kp.org account.  Here are the steps for setting up notifications:

  1. Sign in to kp.org/pharmacy.
  2. Choose "Profile and Preferences" from your "My Account" menu.
  3. Choose "Notifications."
  4. Choose "Pharmacy" from your list of options.
  5. Select how you'd like to receive order status updates.
